Let your knowing and your highest excitement be your guide. Honor the entire spectrum of your emotions — resist the urge to shove your problems “under the rug” and hope they go away. Doing this may bring some short-term relief, however, true inner love is an honoring of the totality of who and what you are is what frees you from the illusion of fear. Seek the lessons that every challenge presents. The knowing of who and what you are as a being of light allows you to see your experiences (negative or other) from a higher plane of existence. Karma is real. However don’t allow the pain and suffering to become who you are. See it as a stepping stone on the path of your personal evolution.
