Today Melchizedek went through the steps you can use to ensure your vibrations are your own. First step being AWARENESS of your field and anything impacting it. Second is DISCERMENT, is this mine, or someone else’s? And third is CHOICE – stating an intention for your field. As lightworkers, we are being asked to be vigilant about our vibratory fields, knowing how it impacts the collective. They also spoke about the importance of FEELING any denser or fear-based emotions fully if they are ours, as this is part of the Karmic balancing we do on Earth. It doesn’t serve us to push away or hide from sadness, anger, shame, fear, etc. if they are our emotions.
