We Determine Our Path with Every Decision We Make with Free Will | Ascension Daily Update

Today Melchizedek and I spoke about free will and the choices we make all day long, every day, that may or may not be supporting a higher frequency. I asked them if having a slice of pizza instead of eating vegetables was really that bad for my field. And they said, “Each and every decision you make, every action you take, is like a tiny grain of sand. It may not seem like much, but the sand adds up over time. This is what we refer to dear one. Over time, the small things have a more significant impact to your frequency than what you might expect.” And, well, I was on the beach today so I get the metaphor. 🙂
