January 30, 2024. Today Melchizedek tells us how we can create and maintain a high vibration. They said that while there are many factors that inform our vibration, the cornerstones include LOVE, KINDNESS and UNIVERSAL ACCEPTANCE. I also asked them about our incessant mind chatter and how our thoughts impact our vibration. They said it is critically important, about as important as the words we verbalize out loud. They also give advice on what to do about a chatty mind, focusing more on the negative thoughts and how to change those thoughts to be more love-based.
